Provider-aware authentication

The right connection for every tool.

Use the connection method supported by each provider, from browser authorization to bot tokens and service accounts. Messaging setup includes channel selection and account linking; enterprise connectors add resource discovery and Action review.

Provider consent

Browser OAuth

For supported platforms—including Slack, Google Chat, Gmail, Outlook Calendar, SharePoint, QuickBooks, Xero, and MuleSoft—AW opens the provider sign-in and consent screen, then returns through a registered callback.

Unattended production

Machine credentials

Where the vendor recommends a connected app, service account, IAM role, API client, or key pair, AW guides the administrator through that provider-specific setup and stores the secret encrypted.

Provider-specific

API credentials

Where a platform uses API tokens, access keys, service accounts, or basic authentication, AW shows only the fields required by that connector and encrypts secrets server-side.

Connect to Anypoint.

Authorize interactively through Anypoint's hosted consent screen, or use a customer-managed Connected App for unattended discovery. Import reviewed API contracts and expose only approved operations to Skills.

Enterprise connector lifecycle

Keep capabilities current and under control.

01

Connect

Choose the supported authorization method. Credentials and provider grants remain server-side and encrypted.

02

Discover

ActionWeave inventories meeting metadata, companies, accounting records, workspaces, APIs, workflows, streams, catalogs, and datasets the grant can see.

03

Review

An administrator approves exact resources and read or write Actions, with constraints and approval policy.

04

Use in Skills

Approved capabilities become available to bound Skills. New and retired capabilities flow through the same review lifecycle.

LEAST PRIVILEGE BY DESIGN

Stay in control of every Action.

Enterprise Actions begin disabled until reviewed and bound to a Skill. Messaging runs only in enabled conversations for linked AW users, and sensitive workflow steps can return to the conversation for approval.

Bring your platform

Start with your everyday tools.

We'll map the connection, discovery scope, governed Actions, and exact Skill bindings for your environment—including MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
